Other memorabilia is also available in theaters including an Eras tour popcorn bucket and soda cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The official ticket price is $19.89, after the Taylor Swift album 1989. Many fans who weren\u2019t able to purchase tickets for the concert express their excitement for the new movie and relayed their expectations for the anticipated film. Junior Taylor Wilson commented, \u201cMy expectations are high because I know [Taylor Swift] won&#8217;t disappoint.\u201d Senior Divya Kumar anticipates that the tour will be \u201clike a watch party\u201d for Taylor Swift fans around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Much like the tour itself, many fans plan to dress up in an outfit inspired by their favorite song or album and trade bracelets with other \u201cSwifties.\u201d Divya plans to dress up as her favorite album: Midnights. She describes, \u201cI just feel like Midnights is so representative of her journey.\u201d Taliya Shanahan, a Freshman, shares that she will \u201cprobably be wearing something from Fearless or Midnights.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">According to early ticket purchases, the movie is anticipated to break records for the highest grossing concert film on an opening weekend. The Eras Tour concert has already reached number one on the charts for the highest grossing concert tour, making over 1 billion dollars. Breaking records seems to be a trend with Taylor Swift, as her album released in 2022, <em>Midnights<\/em>, broke first-day records at Apple Music and Amazon music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Despite Taylor\u2019s records, the real question is whether the Eras Tour movie is really worth the hype. How does it compare to the live concert itself? Sophomore Josie Just shares that the concert and the film \u201cwere pretty similar.\u201d in regards to the audience\u2019s energy, although \u201ca few [songs] were cut from the film\u201d. Junior Samha Khan disagrees, claiming that \u201cthe movie theater where [she] saw the movie had no energy compared to the concert.\u201d However, it\u2019s expected that the film version of the concert won\u2019t be as good as the concert itself.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Josie rates the show \u201ca ten!\u201d \u201cI\u2019m going to see it again next weekend!\u201d she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Regardless, fans can only hope that the movie will live up to their personal expectations and to the high standards set by the Eras Tour.
